I just purchased the annual subscription and the app doesnt work...cant access magazine. I paid $14.99 for the subscription! This is very disappointing. Hopefully tech support will resolve this issue. Otherwise, Ill request a refund.

Just went through the process to enable digital access but have not been able to sign in to the app on my phone.
I like the app on my iPhone but could not get it to work on my iPad.

I just registered AND subscribed. Yet the authentication fails when I log in and when I try having my pw sent to me, it says its sent but I never get it! Not cool! If its not fixed soon, Im cancelling.
While I prefer print, this is an easy app to negotiate. I recommend it to all.
The app is fine when it works, but more often than not, when I open the app, it doesnt think Im a subscriber and keeps trying to charge me to view issues. I get tired and annoyed repeatedly having to try and get the app to recognize me and my devices and going through hoops to view the issues Ive paid for. Needs work.
I bought the subscription but the app is NOT WORKING! It does NOT DOWNLOAD and there is NO VISIBLE WAY to cancel !! I feel cheated out of $15! There IS no way to read a non-existing issue! All I can see is am ERROR page! --- PS - I finally found the way to cancel.... But this should have not happened!! Shame on Readers Digest techs - you lose money and old fans because of your negligence.
App is slow to load. It needs the option to be able to read the mag in Landscape mode as well as portrait.
I love RD! However, this app is not accessible with VoiceOver - the buttons and images are not labeled for a screen reader.

I subscribed to the print edition and was told it came with a free 6 month online subscription. I downloaded the app to both my iPhone 6 and iPad, set up my account - got the verification email and account number. It will not allow me to login using the account number or login name. I wish it worked - would have been nice.
At first the app had a few bugs, but now it is so easy to download each edition. Now I only have to carry my IPad with me to enjoy RD while I am on the go.
The application has bugs.
