Miserable! HELP!

I bought the subscription but the app is NOT WORKING! It does NOT DOWNLOAD and there is NO VISIBLE WAY to cancel !! I feel cheated out of $15! There IS no way to read a non-existing issue! All I can see is am ERROR page! --- PS - I finally found the way to cancel.... But this should have not happened!! Shame on Readers Digest techs - you lose money and old fans because
of your negligence.
