App issues coming later

I have enjoyed reading Readers Digest for years. My husband still subscribes to the print edition. Im certain that the app issues used to come earlier in the month. Now, they dont show up until after my husbands print edition, which arrives around the middle of the month. Why cant the app edition come earlier in the month than the print edition?
