Cant get it loaded

Tried to get the app on my IPad and I keep getting error messages dont know what is going on but would like to be able to open it, subscribe to the magazine and read it.

Cant log in now, I enter my email address and password it says cannot authenticate do I click on forgot password. I click on link in email to reset password and enter a password and it says new password accepted. So I go back to app and try to log in it says cannot authenticate. So I try registering a new account and it says email already registered. So how does someone get into their account???????????? Getting ready to take the app off my iPad and iPhone.
